The website structure is being prepared before the final operating and payment setup is confirmed. Before commercial launch from Germany, the appropriate legal information must reflect the actual seller and tools in use.
Required before commercial launch
- correct seller or business name and legal form
- service address and required German provider / Impressum details
- working contact details
- tax / VAT information where legally required
- privacy policy covering actual email, hosting, analytics/forms and payment processors
- service terms and delivery/refund treatment appropriate to the selling setup
Current data posture
The static launch site does not intentionally include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Contact currently begins through email.
